Cancellations and Refund Policy:

All customers can have a full refund within seven days of booking a course with The Clinical Exchange. If cancellations are received two weeks or more prior to the start of the course, the course fee will only be refunded fully if your place can be filled. If the place cannot be filled, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation, an administration fee of £100 will be incurred. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 14 days before the course start date. To cancel your place on a course and request a refund, please email info@theclinicalexchange.com detailing your order details, and whether you would like a refund by cheque or BACS.

Alterations:

The Clinical Exchange reserves the right to make amendments to the course schedule and speakers, including cancellation, without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be given.
